Instagram How It Started!!

Instagram is a photo and video sharing social networking service created by Kevin Systrom and Mike Krieger. It was launched in October 2010 as a free mobile app exclusively for the iOS operating system. The app allowed users to take a photo, apply a digital filter to it, and share it on a variety of social networking services, including Instagram's own. The app quickly gained popularity, and by December 2010, it had one million registered users. In April 2012, Facebook acquired Instagram for $1 billion.
